Vicky's 107 Minutes is a clothing collection that was designed to help people through their toughest periods in life.The collection came about because Vicky had experienced her own tough time after losing her best friend, Kylie Freeman. The 107 Seconds Collection pays tribute to this meaningful friendship by including the number of minutes Kylie spent fighting for her life before passing away. In 2006, Vicky was nominated in the Daily Mirror's "Goody Awards" for 'Young Fashion Designer of the Year' and 'Most Original Clothing Collection'. In 2006, Vicky was also awarded an Arts Award for her artwork entitled Red Penny Exhibition. In 2007, Vicky was also included in The Daily Telegraph's list of Top 50 Creative Fashion Designers in the UK.In 2008, Vicky released a new collection called 'Strangers & Friends' which pays tribute to her love for music and art.

Vickey's artwork entitled Red Penny Exhibition was exhibited at The Bridport Gallery in 2005 and exhibited at The Aquarium Gallery in 2007. Vicky also created her own short film called 'Lilac' in which she acts in along with her father, Steven Mackintosh. It was shown at the Dendy Cinema in Sydney, Australia and at The Forum Cinema in London in 2007. Vicky's artwork was also used in the background of the music video for 'Something to Write Home About' by Andrew Bird (2007). Vicky is currently working with another artist called Peter McIntyre on a project entitled Street Kings. She has created an upcoming series of works that are inspired by crime film, both good and bad. These will be shown during 2008-2009 at various galleries around Melbourne. Vickey has also been working hard on her designing and drawing skills. She won the 2008 Art Teachers Association of Australia (ATAA) award for 'Best in Show' at the Professional Association of Design (PAD) awards in 2008. Vicky also opened up her own studio based in Melbourne in 2009 called The Society For The Arts.Vickey Mackintosh currently divides her time between Sydney and Melbourne and is designing and exhibiting artwork, acting, making short films and drawing.

Graphic Design Magazine featured Vicky's illustrations in Issue 80, 2010. Vicky's illustrations featured in Issue 30, December 2011 of the Australian Illustration Magazine.
